This focuses particularly on the early completion of the Spine Road, and the percentage of affordable homes to be built.

Temporary Closure of Manor Road, Corkscrew Lane and Whitmore Lane

Somerset County Council have informed the Parish Council about the temporary closure of a Manor Road, Corkscrew Lane and Whitmore Lane to ALL TRAFFIC. This will effect Manor Road, westwards from the junction with Whitmore Lane for 45m and Corkscrew Lane, 55m southwards from the junction with Whitmore Lane; including Whitmore Lane from the junction with Manor Road and Corkscrew Lane northwards for a distance of 25m, a total distance of 12 metres. Temporary Closure of Manor Road – 12 February 2018

Somerset County Council have issued an order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Manor Road from 130m north east of the junction with Minehead Road and Staplegrove Road, north-eastwards for a distance of 40 metres. This order will enable Somerset County Council to carry out remedial works in this road. The Order becomes effective on 12 February 2018 and the works are expected to last for 1 week. Temporary Closure of Footpaths T 15/19 & Part of T 24/12

Somerset County Council have issued a notice of a temporary footpath closure. The footpath that is affected is T 15/19 from its junction with the county road west of the village of Nailsbourne in a southerly and south westerly direction for 420 metres to the parish boundary and on to footpath T 24/12 in a westerly direction for 174 metres to its junction with footpath T 15/20 due to an unsafe bridge.
