Letter sent to John Burton re Planning Applications 34/16/0007 and 34/16/0014, and Spine Road construction

Please click HERE to see a copy of a letter sent by the Parish Council to Mr John Burton at Taunton Deane Borough Council (TDBC).  The letter refers to the North Taunton Development (planning applications 34/16/0007 and 34/16/0014) and to the implications of the £7.2m Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) grant that has been received by TDBC. This focuses particularly on the early completion of the Spine Road, and the percentage of affordable homes to be built.
